This role is for a digital marketing professional who will be responsible for managing Google Ads campaigns. To achieve this, you will plan and launch new campaigns, optimize existing ones, and track their performance.

A key aspect of this position is ensuring that ads are delivered consistently, which requires effective budget management. You will need to analyze the performance of your campaigns regularly, looking at metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS. This will help you identify areas where improvements can be made, allowing you to test different creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies.

In addition to these tasks, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure that leads are of high quality. This means collaborating on strategies to improve lead quality and working together to implement them. A strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs is essential for success in this role, as is an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach.

Other requirements include experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (minimum 0.5-1 year), a solid understanding of digital KPIs, and the ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns for performance. You should also have a good command of English (B1-B2 or higher) and a stable internet connection.
