Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial operations in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of UK-based customers, ensuring accuracy and reliability in financial statements and records.
Key Responsibilities:- Chase payments on overdue invoices and ensure timely reconciliation with suppliers
- Maintain company accounts regularly and analyze accounting records
- Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures
- Establish tables of accounts (ledgers) and assign entries accordingly
- Compute outstanding taxes and prepare tax returns
- Handle multiple accounts simultaneously, applying accounting standards as needed
- Prepare monthly payroll summaries, journals, and reports
- Prepare financial reports for CEO review, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Verify bank reconciliations and maintain supplier and customer accounts
- Process payments in an organized and timely manner
- Fluent English language skills
- Experience working in a UK-based company
- Strong computer and internet skills
- Good command of English speaking and writing
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting concepts
- Proficiency in Excel and one or more accounting systems
