Data Driven Health Insights Expert

We are seeking a talented Senior Analyst to join our team at the Global Analytics and Technology Center of Excellence (GATE) in India. In this role, you will drive analytics & technology-driven solutions that address key business challenges worldwide.
As a Senior Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytics projects that drive business growth and excellence.
- Processing and analyzing large-scale healthcare datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Developing and applying advanced statistical models using cutting-edge analytics tools.
- Presenting findings to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Contributing to internal initiatives and helping grow the GATE team by sharing expertise and best practices.
In order to excel in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in analytics or consulting, preferably in Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Python, SQL, Excel, and VBA.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous learning.
