Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager.
About this Role:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing revenue by building strong relationships with existing and new clients, while identifying new business opportunities through effective requirement gathering and project management.
This role requires collaboration with clients to set and manage their expectations, being proactive in addressing potential issues to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
You will act as a bridge between our clients and project managers, facilitating effective communication and coordination to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform UAT for assigned projects and provide walkthroughs of mobile app builds, features, and functionalities to assigned clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and personalized support to maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales and account management with a focus on customer needs-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong professional relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong people management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the complete SDLC preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
