Strategic Telecom Solutions Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Solution Architect.

This strategic role involves designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecom Business Support Systems (BSS).

The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business goals.

This position plays a key part in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency while ensuring high-quality customer experience.

• End-to-End BSS Architecture: Develop and design scalable and future-proof architectures including CRM, billing, charging, and order management systems.
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Technical Solution Design: Translate business needs into technical solutions that meet scalability and future-proofing criteria.
• System Integration: Ensure integration of BSS systems with OSS network systems and third-party platforms.
• Solution Design Leadership: Lead solution design and provide guidance to development and QA teams.
• Emerging Technologies: Establish architectural principles to incorporate emerging technologies such as 5G, AI, ML, and cloud-native platforms.
• Migration Strategies: Define and implement migration strategies for legacy BSS systems to modern environments.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main technical point of contact for executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge Sharing: Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor technical teams.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory standards.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices across projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles.
• Proven expertise in telecom BSS platforms, including charging, billing, and mediation.
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Strong understanding of protocols, including Diameter, SS7, SIP, SOAP, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of integration technologies, microservices, and cloud-native design.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to guide and mentor teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
• Certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, TM Forum, or specific BSS platforms are preferred.
