About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in their area of expertise, delivering high-quality instruction and assessments.
  2. To develop and maintain course materials, evaluations, and assessments, ensuring student success and academic rigor.
  3. To engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and presentation, expanding our knowledge and expertise.
  4. To mentor and advise students, providing guidance on academic and professional matters, and supporting their personal and professional growth.
  5. To participate in departmental and institutional service, including committee work and professional organization memberships, promoting collaboration and shared goals.

Requirements:

  • A doctoral degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution, demonstrating expertise and scholarship.
  • Strong teaching, research, and service credentials, showcasing a commitment to academic excellence.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and leadership.
  • A strong commitment to academic excellence and student success, driving a culture of innovation and achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a track record of success.
  • A publication record in reputable academic journals and conferences, highlighting expertise and contributions to the field.
  • Professional organization membership and leadership experience, demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
  • Departmental or institutional service experience, including committee work and administrative roles, showcasing a willingness to collaborate and lead.
