Job Description

The station manager is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the station's operations, including hiring and firing staff, purchasing and accounting, and staff supervision.

  • Hiring and training staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and qualifications to perform their duties effectively.
  • Purchasing goods and services while maintaining a strong focus on budget management and cost control.
  • Supervising staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing guidance and support as needed.

The station manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively delegate tasks, work with outside organizations and agencies, and evaluate projects and programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
