Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our platform, transforming customer feedback and ideas into concrete features and enhancements.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically build our product roadmap, identify gaps, utilize customer insights, scope out features, and drive UI/UX design.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership, development, and customer-facing teams to develop the product roadmap, features, and launch strategies.
  • Lead product feature scoping, design, testing, validation, and launch.
  • Envision the product that customers need and shape the roadmap to achieve it.
  • Develop and execute product-release plans, setting expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product.
  • Support Sales efforts by conducting training, doing customer demos, and developing Sales tools.
  • Pursue Growth initiatives by implementing features and running A/B tests to measure impact.
  • Analyze product usage data to understand what works well and what can be improved.
  • Stay up-to-date with Product best practices, including agile/scrum, lean startup, JTBD, and other frameworks.
  • Become an expert on competitors' products and how our product stacks up across target market segments.
  • Contribute to defining and achieving Product Market Fit (PMF).
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a product management role, preferably in product-led SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record working across engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams.
  • Experience communicating with customers to gather data about pain-points and communicating that data with stakeholders to evaluate against the product roadmap.
  • Passion for running experiments and using data-driven approaches to measure and track success.
  • Experience writing PRDs and working with engineering teams to scope and workload balance.
  • A go-getter attitude, thriving in a startup environment, with a willingness to experiment and validate results.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, agile project management methodologies, and product management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
