Project Incharge Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the commissioning and testing of high-voltage substations, ensuring they meet established quality standards and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of EHV sub station testing and commissioning procedures to guarantee successful project execution.

  2. Allocate tasks to subcontractors and conduct regular site inspections to ensure projects stay on track.

  3. Prepare and submit project-related documents, including JMC and billing reports, in accordance with industry norms.

  4. Build and maintain effective working relationships with external stakeholders, such as MSETCL and EI.

  5. Procure materials and manage supplies to support construction and erection activities.

  6. Collaborate with engineers and quality control teams to resolve technical issues and maintain project quality.

  7. Design and develop detailed electrical installation drawings and cable schedules to support project planning.

  8. Oversee labor scheduling and billing to ensure efficient project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent diploma qualification.

  • Proficiency in computer software and excellent communication skills are required.
