Job Opportunity: AI-Generated Video Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled social media content creator who specializes in producing high-impact short-form videos using AI-generated video production and is capable of operating across multiple industry verticals.

This role entails end-to-end ownership of the content lifecycle-from ideation, scripting to AI-driven video production, editing, optimization, and multi-platform publishing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, produce, and publish high-impact short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Use a combination of AI image and video tools and video editing software to create photorealistic character-driven videos, animated explainers, and brand avatars.
  • Maintain consistency of recurring branded characters and visual identity across episodes and sectors.
Technical Workflow Management
  • Execute the full content production pipeline: scripting and storyboarding, AI avatar and character generation, voiceovers, AI video generation, rendering, editing, captioning, scheduling, and publication using content management tools.
Software & Toolstack Proficiency
  • Expert or strong working knowledge of AI video generation tools (Synthesia, Runway, HeyGen, Pika, D-ID), AI voice generation tools (Eleven Labs, Resemble.ai), AI image generation & graphics tools (Midjourney, Canva Pro, DALL·E), and video editing & post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, Final Cut Pro).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years in social media video content creation with demonstrated success in multi-platform engagement.
  • A portfolio of AI-generated or hybrid content showing creativity, precision, and technical capability.
  • Ability to switch tone, style, and narrative to suit different audiences.
Preferred Attributes
  • Sectoral exposure in education, training, healthcare, social care, professional services, or lifestyle brands.
  • Familiarity with copyright, voice licensing, responsible AI use, and ethical media standards.
  • Strong aesthetic judgment and commitment to producing on-brand, high-quality video assets.
