About the Animator Role

We are seeking a talented and creative Animator to join our dynamic advertising agency. The ideal candidate will bring visual concepts to life through high-quality animations, motion graphics, and visual effects.

Job Summary:

The Animator will create captivating 2D and/or 3D animations for advertisements, social media, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality 2D and/or 3D animations that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Develop motion graphics, character animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and captivate audiences.
  • Work closely with creative teams to conceptualize and execute animation projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Edit and refine animations based on feedback and project requirements, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest animation trends, tools, and techniques, applying innovative approaches to achieve exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive visual content that meets project objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality and adhering to brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in animation and motion graphics, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
  • Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Strong artistic and storytelling abilities, with a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
  • Experience with video editing and compositing software, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
