We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Launchify LLC.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading calls and meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through research, networking, and outreach.
- Engage with potential clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
- B build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies and proposals.
- Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and client feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of successful client conversions.
- Excellent spoken English with the ability to effectively conduct calls and meetings with clients.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of digital services such as web development, app development, and marketing is a plus.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving growth.
