Industrial Engineering Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage IE Systems for production units, driving efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in product development activities to understand and analyze new styles, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes.
- Responsible for key calculation-related consumption across different stages of production, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Attend pre-production discussions to facilitate effective communication of technical aspects to the plant IE team.
- Maintain production unit efficiency and industrial engineering achievement through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement 5S and Kaizen culture principles, promoting a culture of excellence and quality.
- Utilize SMED techniques to address unplanned changeovers, minimizing downtime and maximizing production output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with industrial engineering principles and practices, with experience implementing process improvements.
