Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates through various platforms, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for finding talent.
