Job Title: Industrial Process Coordinator

As an Industrial Process Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance of plant processes. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to provide critical support to stakeholders, driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Standard Cost Budget Management: Collaborate with Business Unit Controllers to align Standard Cost Budgets, ensuring seamless execution of financial objectives.
  2. Dynamic Forecasting: Work closely with Finance and Plant teams to develop accurate Dynamic Forecasts, fostering informed decision-making.
  3. Project Coordination: Partner with Project Controllers and stakeholders to deliver successful projects, such as the PET Line initiative.
  4. Improvement Projects: Identify and validate potential improvement projects aligned with OPEX/NCE guidelines, driving cost-effectiveness.
  5. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to General Instructions (GIs), Technical Instructions (TIs), Manufacturing Instructions (MIs), and Financial Reporting standards, maintaining accuracy and reliability in actual reporting.
  6. Benchmarking: Conduct thorough product benchmarking of similar products internally and externally, providing valuable insights for business optimization.
  7. Business Review Meetings: Facilitate collaborative Business Review meetings with Plant Team and Business Team stakeholders, promoting open communication and progress monitoring.
