Creative Design Specialist

Presenting concept visualization through graphics, creatives & illustrations is a key responsibility area in this role. The ideal candidate will oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Presenting concept visualization through graphics, creatives & illustrations.
  • Overseeing design changes and improvements throughout the development process.
  • Managing daily tasks tied to creative production.
  • Integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Utilizing graphic design and other relevant software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Proficiency in Adobe systems such as Photoshop and Flash.
  • Understanding marketing & advertising campaigns.
  • Designing various communication materials (website creatives, social media creatives, brochures, logos, signs, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, in-store branding).
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain insight into desired communications themes and tones.
  • Benchmarking project performance against established standards.
  • Providing analysis to ensure project alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Developing new and creative growth strategies.
  • Oversight of social media accounts.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies & Skills Requirements:
  • Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
  • A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
  • Proven graphic designing experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confer advice and suggestions from all stakeholders.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively with others when working in a team environment.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Analytical and insightful attention to detail.
  • Organized and efficient multitasking abilities, with capacity to work under pressure.
  • Skills in graphic design with a good understanding of layout best practices.
  • Experience with digital or print production.
  • Able to manage stress associated with meeting high-pressure deadlines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest online marketing and measurement trends and best practices.
