A dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative is sought to deliver a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best course of action.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates or additional information as needed.
Escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
