Job Description

A dynamic and engaging role awaits a skilled Community Manager to oversee the growth and development of our online communities across multiple platforms. As the bridge between our organization and its communities, you will foster active participation, nurture a positive environment, and drive discussions centered on blockchain and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Community Strategy Development: Develop and implement community management strategies that promote growth, engagement, and a strong sense of community across various platforms.
  • Platform Management: Manage daily operations on community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and Reddit, ensuring active and engaging communication.
  • Community Monitoring and Response: Monitor community conversations and provide timely and thoughtful responses to questions, concerns, and feedback.
  • Content Creation and Scheduling: Create and schedule regular content updates, announcements, and discussions to keep the community informed and involved.
  • Community Guidelines and Moderation: Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, implementing community guidelines and moderating discussions to maintain a positive and supportive environment.
  • Event Organization: Organize and host online community events, such as AMAs (Ask Me Anything), webinars, and discussion panels, to increase community engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration and Feedback Analysis: Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to align community initiatives with broader company goals and product updates. Analyze community feedback and report insights back to relevant teams to help shape product improvements and marketing strategies.
  • Metrics Tracking and Reporting: Track and report on community growth and engagement metrics, utilizing data to refine community management practices continually.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role, with a strong presence on platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Reddit.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and interact positively with community members.
  • Tech Industry Understanding: Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in blockchain and AI, to communicate effectively with tech-savvy audiences.
  • Event Management: Experience organizing online events and managing live discussions or chats.
  • Content Creation: Knowledge of content creation for social media and community platforms.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills to gauge the mood of the community and report on engagement metrics.
  • Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with excellent time management skills.
