About the Role- Lead adventure activities, including snorkeling tours, cliff-jumping sessions, and overnight camping.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the club's activities.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute events.
- Provide support in teaching guests basic freediving/snorkeling skills (training provided).
Key Skills: Leadership, marketing, event planning, teaching.
Personal Qualities: Confidence, creativity, enthusiasm, love for the ocean.
Certifications: First aid, CPR, diving certifications a plus.
