Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Management: Oversee all activities relating to maintenance management, ensuring maximum uptime, reliability, and zero rework.
  • Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, including gas engines, steam turbines, WHR Boilers, associated auxiliaries, Generators, HV/MV/LV Switchgear, Power and Aux. Transformers etc.
  • High-Skill Repair and Installation Work: Perform high-skill repairs, inspections, tests, adjustments, installations, and removals of mechanical and electrical plant equipment and systems.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers and Technicians.
  • Inventory Management: Implement accurate demand forecasting, regular inventory audits, and utilize ABC analysis to categorize items.
  • Commercial Loss Prevention: Accountable for preventing commercial losses due to non-compliance with PPA plant maintenance-associated clauses.
  • Activity Coordination: Coordinate with the maintenance planner for safe activity execution.
  • Preventive Maintenance Planning: Plan improvements for cost reduction in task accomplishment, focusing on better use of available time and individual team protection.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare inspection and service reports within defined timelines as per contract.
  • Task Distribution and Control: Command the team, distribute, and control assigned tasks and job orders.
  • Safe Working Practices: Responsible for implementing safe working practices.
