Senior Web Engineer

Creative Croods is hiring a seasoned Senior Web Engineer to lead the development of high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Expert-level skills in Laravel + PHP, React, HTML, CSS.
  • Leadership experience in guiding teams to deliver complex projects on time.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement scalable web applications using Laravel + PHP.
  • Mentor junior developers to enhance their skills.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Advanced expertise in Advanced CSS, Laravel+PHP, and React required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing databases using MySQL and/or other SQL databases.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in object-oriented Laravel + PHP design and development.
  • Experience in Full-Stack (LAMP) development (back-end, front-end, and some server management).
  • Experience working with AWS and Linux environments.
  • Expertise in source control, code review, and repository management with git.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and make strategic decisions.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
  • Some project management or consulting experience.
