Job Responsibilities
  • Manage 24/7 staffing scheduling as per hospital standards to ensure quality and safe patient care.
  • Exhibit excellent management in executing quality patient care and ensure timely completion of physician rounds for all patients.
  • Meet with patients and their families to resolve complaints and issues relating to care.
  • Collaborate with support service departments to ensure quality care and meet patient requirements.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams on quality projects to improve unit core processes.
  • Mentor nursing staffs for provision of good services and staff development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited school, preferably a Master's degree in the same field.
  • At least four years of relevant experience, of which at least two years should be at a nursing management level.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, and Paediatric Advance Life Support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
