Purchase Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Assistant to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan.

  • Receive purchase indents from the factory and record them into the purchase indent register.
  • Verify the indents against approved vendors and prepare purchase orders accordingly.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders to vendors via mail or fax.
  • Monitor receipt of goods from vendors in accordance with schedules.
  • Inspect materials provided by vendors and dispatch them to the factory as needed.
  • Update the purchase indent register based on GRIR received from the factory.
  • For general purchases, acquire items on cash from the morale and send them to the factory.
  • Assist the manager and purchase officers in re-evaluating vendors and preparing vendor re-assessment forms (VRF).
