Job Title: Manager Accounts And Finance

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Additionally, they will be expected to provide strategic guidance on financial matters and make recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely information for decision-making.
  2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  3. Financial Control: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  4. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.
  5. Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing finance team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
