About the Role

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to senior accountants and assistant managers in various financial tasks, including financial record-keeping, invoicing, payroll processing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, reconcile bank statements, and manage daily transactions in accounting systems.
  • Invoicing and Payments: Process invoices with proper documentation, issue payments to vendors and suppliers, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Payroll Processing: Prepare and process client payroll, calculate wages, deductions, overtime, and benefits, and manage payroll taxes and deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, generate reports for review, and support audit preparation by gathering required documentation.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, advanced MS Excel skills, strong attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
