Mason Job Description

Experienced Mason Wanted

  • Salary: $1100 per month
Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing and maintaining structures made of brick, stone or similar materials.

  1. Laying bricks, stones or blocks in specific patterns using mortar.
  2. Repairing damaged structures by replacing broken or cracked bricks or stones.
  3. Using tools such as trowels, chisels and levels to ensure accuracy and evenness.
  4. Cleaning excess mortar from finished work.
  5. FOLLOWING safety standards at all times.
  6. Communicating with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Mason (at least 2 years).
  • Ability to read blueprints or drawings.
  • Knowledge of various masonry techniques and tools.
  • Physical stamina to work long hours in all weather conditions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
