Senior Manager Infrastructure (Data Center) Job Description:

  • Job Summary:

">

  • The Senior Manager Infrastructure (Data Center) will be responsible for overseeing the management of IP Telephony for internal and external communication.

">

  • Main Responsibilities:

">

  • • IP Telephony Management: Ensure seamless communication across the organization by managing internal and external telephony services.

">

  • • Cisco Call Manager Experience: Possess hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Asterisk-based IP PBX solutions, and other similar platforms.

">

  • • Automated Phone Configuration: Skilled in automatically configuring phones from TFTP servers, especially Cisco Phones, and preferential experience in this area is a plus.

">

  • • Asterisk AGI Experience: Proficient in using Asterisk AGIs for automated call handling and response management, with preference given to candidates with experience in this area.

">

  • • Dial Plan Development: Develop and implement custom dial plans, IVRs (Interactive Voice Response), and call routing strategies to optimize telephony services.

">

  • • Integration with Other Platforms: Integrate Asterisk with other communication platforms and services to ensure seamless interactions.

">

  • • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance and updates on Asterisk servers to guarantee their optimal functioning.

">

  • • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure high availability and reliability of telephony services.

  • • Technical Skills:

">

  • ‣ PHP Scripting: Possess skills in PHP scripting and databases, especially MySQL, with preference given to candidates with experience in these areas.

">

  • ‣ Linux Operating System: Experienced in working with Linux operating systems, with preference given to candidates with hands-on experience in this area.

">">

Qualifications:

">

A minimum of 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, IT, or related fields from a reputable institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • • Strong background in IP Telephony and unified communications.

">

  • • Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Asterisk-based IP PBX solutions.

  • • Knowledge of automated phone configuration and Asterisk AGI experience.

  • • Familiarity with dial plan development and integration with other platforms.

  • • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
