Job Title: University Treasurer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced University Treasurer to join our team at the University of Haripur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial affairs of the university, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the university's mission.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and management.
• They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
• The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the university, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
2. Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management and the university's governing body.
3. Develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the university's strategic objectives.
4. Provide financial guidance and advice to faculty and staff on matters related to budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an educational institution.
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or CMA.
