Web Designer and Developer

We are seeking a skilled web designer with in-depth knowledge of the latest web technologies to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create prototypes based on existing best practice designs, focusing on quality and fast turnaround times.
  • Research and optimize reusable templates that can be deployed quickly based on project requirements.
  • Develop colour palettes and visual hierarchy for all designs and make them ready for implementation.
  • Develop dynamic templates which are tested and tried, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Create staging environments to test and improve time to launch, minimizing delays.
  • Design SEO-friendly websites focused on best practices, enhancing online visibility.
  • Understand marketing funnels and create templates optimized for the same, driving conversions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven experience and published work samples demonstrating your expertise.
  • Proficiency in prototyping with design tools, such as Sketch or Figma.
  • An exceptional grasp of vector and photo manipulation software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • The ability to quickly convert designs to production websites with minimal lead time, meeting deadlines.
  • Mandatory knowledge and experience with WordPress and Elementor, ensuring smooth website development.
