**Manager Call Center Operation Job Summary**
We are seeking an analytical leader to manage our premium call center operations. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in different areas of call centers, preferably as a Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Analytical skills to identify problems and implement solutions
- Business acumen to drive operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team
- Fluency in Urdu and English; another language is a plus
The ideal candidate will be able to take measured steps, apply SOPs and KPIs, and demonstrate a deep understanding of call center metrics.
Job Requirements- Minimum 4 years' experience in top-notch inbound call centers
- Proven track record of leadership and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Urdu and English; another language is a plus
