We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to drive quality traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions for our websites and clients' websites.

  • The ideal candidate will work closely with content writers to achieve SEO objectives and direct/delegate tasks to junior SEO executives to maximize results.
  • Leading a team of SEO and social media professionals is also an essential aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead keyword research and optimization of the website to improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create performance reports from Google Analytics & other tools for webpage ranking.
  • Direct/Delegate tasks to junior SEO executives on SEO efforts and local listing.
  • Stay up-to-date with Google search engine ranking updates and plan accordingly with writers and developers.
  • Discover lucrative backlinking & guest posting opportunities and coordinate with writers.
  • Perform technical SEO audit from time to time and work with developers to ensure issues are fixed promptly.
  • Keep track of the website and plan when and how to update old content for optimal ranking.
  • Manage time effectively and maintain proper documentation of keywords and ranking.
  • Utilize Google Search Console and plan content accordingly.
  • Maintain a keen eye on competitors.
  • Work in advance with the team of writers in planning their content.
  • Candidates should be able to work on multiple websites of different or similar nature.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic and advanced SEO standards.

The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Conduct off-page, content, and link profile analysis.
  • Conduct on-page/technical SEO analysis.
  • Lead and contribute to internal strategy meetings to define relevant strategies and SEO practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry techniques for SEO and content marketing.
  • Communicate with clients both over the phone and via email.
  • Manage social media pages (in-house and international clients).
  • Create effective and user-engaging strategies for social media posts.
  • Manage and supervise social media content.
  • Maintain success of every social media campaign.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field
  • Master of Computer Science or related field
  • Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years of SEO experience in the software/IT industry.
