Eon is pioneering the use of Artificial Intelligence to enable healthcare enterprises, ranging from small health systems to large, national-scale IDNs in the US.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, ensuring our healthcare software solutions meet the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute existing automated test cases, analyze test results, and report defects to ensure software quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of healthcare software applications.
  • Collaborate with technical implementation teams to understand healthcare provider requirements, clinical workflows, and regulatory considerations.
  • Conduct post-configurations/deployment verification and validation to ensure successful implementation and address any issues reported by healthcare providers, coordinators, or patients.
  • Review third-party applications and end-to-end workflows to ensure day-to-day operations are performed smoothly.
  • Perform ad-hoc testing on urgent customer-reported issues to identify root causes and mitigate impact on healthcare operations and patient care.
  • Document and maintain a deep understanding of healthcare provider workflows, clinical use cases, and patient care pathways to anticipate potential quality concerns.
  • Collaborate with product management and development teams to prioritize and address customer-reported issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance software usability, clinical decision-making, and patient engagement based on customer feedback.
