Sales Executives

As a Sales Executive at SCM - Standard Manufacturing Company Pvt. Ltd., you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Research and recommend new business opportunities, analyze sales options, and identify potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects, staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Collect and analyze data, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Professional Development: Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Network Development: Build and maintain professional networks to stay informed about market developments.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Candidate Profile: Excellent customer service and sales skills, ability to negotiate, and understanding of marketing principles.
  • Presentation and Communication: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment, good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
