Job Title: Transportation Logistics Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage transportation logistics, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation routes based on customer orders, delivery deadlines, and driver availability.
  • Communicate with drivers for instructions, updates, and support throughout the delivery process.
  • Monitor shipment progress, address issues or delays proactively to minimize disruptions.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or logistics, preferably in transportation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with customers, drivers, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed.
