Experienced Content Writer – Real Estate Tech

Description:

We are seeking an accomplished content writer to spearhead our content creation initiatives for real estate tech platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality, SEO-friendly content tailored to audiences in the UAE and UK property markets.

The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for digital platforms (web, app, and marketing) and create engaging content for various formats, including mobile app interfaces, blogs, newsletters, articles, ads, social media, and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a content strategy that drives engagement and conversion
  • Write compelling content that resonates with target audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Manage content calendar and meet deadlines
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of content writing experience, preferably in real estate, SaaS, or tech industries
  • Exceptional English writing skills, with a preference for UK tone/style
  • Experience writing across web, mobile, and marketing formats
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for general users
  • Familiarity with UAE/UK property market trends and audience tone
  • Working knowledge of SEO and digital content tools
  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and deadlines
Bonus Skills:

  • Experience writing for AI-powered platforms or real estate startups
  • Background in journalism, marketing, or communications
  • Multilingual ability (Arabic or Urdu) is a plus
