Sr Engineer QualityOur team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our ranks. As an SQA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality software products are delivered to our customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies to guarantee software meets business needs without compromising on quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and data sources for designing and building test plans.
  • Work on projects using agile methodology, focusing on iterative testing and delivery.
  • Design and document thorough test cases and test data to ensure complete coverage.
  • Perform exploratory/manual tests as required and collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
  • Write, execute, and monitor automated test suites for integration and regression testing.
  • Integrate tests into continuous delivery pipelines and define quality metrics.
  • Mentor team members to promote a culture of quality through collaboration and process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:We are looking for candidates with:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably with applications developed in languages like Node.js, Python, Golang, or Java.
We require:
  • Solid experience in writing clear and comprehensive test plans and test cases is essential.
  • Experience in building automated test suites for APIs, REST, and gRPC with a focus on data validation is desirable.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang for automation testing is necessary.
  • Familiarity with UI frameworks like Selenium, Webdriver IO, Cucumber, or Pytest is advantageous.
  • Experience with test case management tools like Testrail and API testing tools like Postman is beneficial.
  • Understanding of modern quality engineering principles such as Continuous Testing and Shift Left is highly valued.
  • Good grasp of service-oriented and microservices architecture is essential.
  • Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, and version control tools like GitHub is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
