Lead MERN Stack Developer Job Description

Nutrifactor Laboratories Pvt. Limited, a leading manufacturer of nutraceutical products, vitamins, minerals, and other natural health care products for over 10 years, has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Lead MERN Stack Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js technology stack.

The successful candidate will lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive web solutions. Proven expertise in Shopify development is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js technology stack.
  • Lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with designers and engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive web solutions.
  • Proven expertise in Shopify development is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field/equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in MERN Stack development.
  • Proven experience in Shopify Liquid and Shopify development.
  • Implement user authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  • Build and maintain APIs using RESTful and GraphQL with Express.js and Node.js.
  • Solid experience with React for building dynamic user interfaces.
  • Expertise in AWS services to deploy and manage applications in the cloud.
  • Proficiency in server-side development using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
  • Experience with state management libraries/tools like Redux or Context API.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
