Senior IT Professional - Microsoft Office 365 Expert

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a senior IT professional specializing in Microsoft Office 365.

About the Job:

We are looking for an experienced engineer/developer who has worked extensively on Office 365 (One Drive, Teams, SharePoint & other O365 tools) and MS Azure. The ideal candidate should have expert knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online/Server and core elements such as Active Directory, High Availability and Disaster Recovery Configurations, Mail Flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, PowerShell, ATP, SMTP, SSL/TLS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage Office 365 and Microsoft Azure security measures, focusing on advanced threat protection policies for Office 365, Azure AD Identity Protection, MFA, and Conditional Access.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for Office 365 services, including roadmap development and service strategy implementation.
  • Ensure seamless administration and support of Office 365 configurations and policies.
  • Deliver expert technical support for designing, constructing, configuring, and maintaining Office 365 Tenants.
  • Establish and maintain Office 365 Exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups, and contribute to enterprise exchange policies and procedures.
  • Optimize mailbox performance through configuration adjustments.
  • Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain Project Plans and Schedules, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria for implementing Office 365 services and capabilities.
  • Oversee Office 365 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of all components enabled in the Office 365 Tenant.
  • Monitor the ticket queue to ensure satisfaction of all contractual SLAs.
  • Foster strong relationships with Microsoft/IBM for Tier 3 support.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the O365/SharePoint environment, including applications, features, configuration, integration, and problem resolution.
  • Have hands-on experience with implementing, deploying, migrating, and supporting core O365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Office ProPlus.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience with Office 365, PowerShell, and Microsoft Azure.
  • MCSCertifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in US EST time zone.
