We are seeking a capable, detail-oriented and motivated Audit Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description

Audit Supervisors lead teams of auditors in conducting statutory and other audit engagements from planning through completion. They supervise and mentor audit teams on field assignments, review working papers and audit documentation, coordinate with clients to manage expectations and deadlines, ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory frameworks, and contribute to quality control and practice development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have prior audit experience, be comfortable supervising teams, and have strong technical knowledge of audit standards and financial reporting frameworks. Key skills include proven experience handling audit assignments independently and leading teams, strong understanding of IFRS, ISA, and relevant local regulations, excellent team leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
