Marketing Lead Role

About the Position: We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead our demand generation efforts. This individual will play a critical role in generating Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), driving opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities include developing and executing tailored account-based marketing strategies, collaborating with field marketing managers across global markets for event planning and execution, crafting strategies with communications and content teams to elevate brand awareness among target audiences, partnering with product marketing to produce compelling marketing materials, increasing awareness of our content and products using SEO, email marketing, and advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Facebook, allocating budgets strategically across marketing initiatives and geographies, measuring and analyzing campaign performance, utilizing data analytics tools to optimize results, regularly engaging stakeholders, adapting strategies based on performance data, performing in-depth market research to guide marketing strategies, innovating in campaign development to cater to various customer journey stages, and working closely with Sales Development team to nurture MQLs until they are sales-ready SQLs.

Requirements include 5+ years of experience in demand generation, particularly in a B2B, technology, or software environment, 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, and email marketing platforms, deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and data-driven decision-making, hands-on experience with Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Jira, excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights, experienced in building multichannel ABM and demand generation strategies for significant business growth, knowledge of best practices in demand generation and customer engagement, with a continuous test-and-learn approach, proficiency in using Jira for campaign and project management, strong project management abilities, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, seniority level: Mid-Senior level, employment type: Full-time, job function: Information Technology, industries: Software Development.
