Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Paint Division. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to account holders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Sales: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our paint range, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
• Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with account holders, contractors, and partners to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the paint or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and worksites as required.
• Results-driven and customer-centric mindset.
