Transportation Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely driving a vehicle within Islamabad and to remote areas of KPK, Punjab, AJK, and other regions. Additionally, they will provide administrative support to the program team.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving (60%): Safely drive the vehicle within Islamabad and on outstation duties.
- Office Maintenance (10%): Ensure the working area is clean and tidy daily, and provide support during office shifting and closure.
- Filing and Organization (3%): File papers and maintain files in an orderly manner.
- Administrative Support (10%): Make photocopies, bind documents, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Catering (7%): Serve tea/coffee to staff and guests, and arrange occasional official entertainment.
- Mail Distribution (5%): Distribute mail as needed, and give cover to the switchboard when required.
- Other Duties (5%): Perform other tasks as directed by the line manager.
Eligibility Criteria: Valid driving license, excellent driving skills, basic understanding of English, and experience traveling to different regions within Pakistan. A basic understanding of car mechanics and/or defensive driving is desirable.
