L1 Global Support Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional support to clients across a wide range of projects utilizing TRAFiX OMS.
  • Rapidly identifying, analyzing, and resolving alerts & issues to minimize trade flow impact and prevent outages.
  • Fostering collaboration with internal teams on client implementation aspects.
  • Daily review and update of CRM system ticket queues.
  • Responding to queries on various internal and external client group chats.
  • Working with XML files to address customer requests related to the GUI.
  • Testing, diagnosing, and identifying functionality errors within established testing protocols.
  • Engaging closely with clients via phone calls.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Communicating with clients regarding production support issues, resolving complex or long-standing problems by working collaboratively with traders and trading system support teams.
Project Scoping and Technical Documentation:

Responsibilities include conducting project scoping, analyzing client requirements, reviewing and creating technical documentation, such as procedural guides, instructional manuals, operational guides, technical reports, specifications, and testing scripts.

Support Leadership:

Serving as a support lead, providing technical support or leadership in implementing and continually improving services.

Ensuring that OMS implementation adheres to best practices to meet defined business requirements.
