This position involves planning and coordinating travel itineraries, working closely with clients to create customized trips that meet their needs and preferences. Key responsibilities include designing itineraries, communicating with vendors, and addressing client concerns.

1. Design and implement destination plans that cater to client preferences and expectations.
2. Develop strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and local tour operators to negotiate favorable rates and services.
3. Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Familiarity with the tourism industry and popular destinations in Pakistan to provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Proficient in English and Urdu languages to cater to diverse clientele.
