Public Health Coordinator

This is a pivotal role within the organization, focusing on district office management and team supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Oversee daily operations of the district office, ensuring seamless coordination with EPI teams.
• Maintain close liaison with EPI regarding microplanning and HPV campaigns.
• Develop quarterly and monthly plans in alignment with approved WorkPlans and targets, sharing these with program managers.
• Provide regular feedback to program managers on project progress.
• Collaborate with district health authorities to organize capacity building training, workshops, and meetings for staff on project interventions.
• Monitor all project-related activities at the district and community level.
• Regularly organize coordination meetings, share meeting minutes with Program Managers, and act on action points raised during meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly reports to Program Managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases (MIS, training, and log data) at the district level.
• Participate in and ensure timely rollout of planned activities during HPV campaigns.
• Conduct monitoring and supervisory visits at the district level, providing supportive monitoring and ensuring quality.
• Adhere strictly to monthly and quarterly program implementation plans.
• Prepare monthly reports as per program requirements.
• Provide data in an orderly manner for monthly/quarterly progress updates.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
