Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager in Educational Technology to lead our IT department at HRSI.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for educational technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Lead a team of technical experts in the design, development, and deployment of educational systems.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  4. Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of educational systems and data.
  5. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, advising on their potential applications.
  7. Establish partnerships with vendors and suppliers to optimize educational system performance.
  8. Develop and maintain enterprise-wide business continuity plans to ensure timely restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster.
  9. Formulate and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for the protection of IT assets and information security.

Technical Requirements

  • Proficiency in .NET Framework 2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5.
  • Expertise in ASP.NET 2.0, Win-Forms 2.0, WPF, ADO.NET.
  • Experience with SQL Server 2000/2005/2008.
  • Familiarity with Crystal Reports 10/11+.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010.
  • Certification in Network administration.
