Airline Ticketing and Revenue Manager

We seek a skilled professional to manage airline ticketing and revenue streams.

  • Create and edit flight bookings using Sabre and other booking systems, leveraging platform flexibility and optimizing fare selection.
  • Use in-depth geographical knowledge to find cost-effective airfares and apply Bargain Finder for maximum benefits.
  • Process refunds and manually reissue tickets with precision, adhering to airline policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer support via online chat, combining swift typing and effective communication.
  • Streamline queue management, collaborate with airlines, and adjust schedules to enhance client travel arrangements.
  • Seamlessly navigate multiple Passenger Name Record (PNR) Control Centers (PCCs) to accommodate diverse client needs.
  • Apply advanced ticketing knowledge to add promo, tour, and account codes, ensuring correct commission levels and precise adherence to instructions.
  • Implement a customer-centric approach to create offline bookings and confirm with passengers.
  • Monitor and mitigate potential fraudulent transactions, safeguarding client and company interests.
  • Support the addition of ancillary services, such as extra baggage, meal requests, and insurance, and handle airline name corrections and infant additions.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Considerable experience in airline ticketing and revenue management within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in Sabre, Bargain Finder, and related software applications.
  • Deep understanding of airline operations, geographical factors, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for efficient customer support.
  • Proven ability to manage complex tasks, collaborate with airlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience working with online travel agencies and diverse airline portals is beneficial.
  • Expertise in navigating multiple PCCs and managing ticketing procedures.
  • Customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with fraud investigation procedures and additional services management.
