Job Title: National Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and expand market presence in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beverage industry, possess strong leadership skills, and have a proven track record of success in sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Pakistan, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to drive product penetration and market share.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies for growth.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, performance analysis, and forecasting to ensure sales goals are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role in the beverage industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of Pakistani market dynamics, consumer behavior, and distribution networks.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Pakistan.
