Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled YouTube Channels Manager to drive business growth through strategic content programming and channel optimization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing YouTube channels, with a deep understanding of YouTube's platform, algorithms, and best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives. They will oversee the optimization of titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to maximize click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.

In addition, the YouTube Channels Manager will leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to drive innovation and channel growth. They will utilize YouTube Analytics, Dashboards, and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making data-driven decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.

The successful candidate will also continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and other market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in YouTube channel management, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Advanced technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into simple actionable growth strategies.
