Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of web developers and designers to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Motivate and manage team members to meet strict deadlines while maintaining quality control measures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high standards.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in web development.
  • Experience leading a development team.
  • Strong background in PHP, HTML, AJAX, Flash, developing shopping carts, and content management systems.
  • Database experience, especially MySQL.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and top management.
